We thought long and hard, if Arik, at 3 months was ready for sleep training – he was so tiny! But after a detailed chat with Shehara, and the potential benefits she explained, we were convinced to try it out.
The 2/3-week process was definitely not easy, but Shehara was there with us every step of the way, to support, advice and encourage us – she totally had our backs! What we really appreciated about Shehara was that when she told us to make a change in the routine, she explained why. This gave us the information we needed to make decisions regarding his routine in the future. She was also very gentle with her approach and decisions were always baby centred.
2 months down the line, Arik is fully adjusted to his schedule. He is connecting his sleep cycles, eating well, active and overall visibly more relaxed.
Initially we thought ‘sleep training’ meant how we put him to sleep only , but it’s actually an entire day to day routine Shehara helps you to put together that helps him sleep better overall. Having the baby on a somewhat predictable routine has also helped us plan our day better. What we have also realised is a benefit of getting him on a routine is that, when we have to change it, he finds it easier to adjust and fall back into it.

Hi everyone I’m ashalee and this is my experience with shehara and sleep training my 9 month old zayden. I came across shehara on instagram and seeing how many moms she’s helped i knew she would be the best option to help me get my son to self soothe and sleep .
Before he needed to be rocked to sleep and would wake up each time he came into a light sleep and the process needed to be repeated so many times throughout the night it was so tiring and i had the worst back pain.
But shehara fixed all of that in the beginning it is hard cos no baby wants to change what they are used to especially when it comes to sleep. But as time went on he didn’t need to be rocked and now he just needs to be patted to put to sleep and he sleeps well throughout the night.
Definitely would tell any mom to trust shehara she knows what she’s doing!! Trust the process and understand that the change is gradual and so so worth it .

“Our baby’s awakenings during the night started when he was 5 months.
This went on for 2 whole months and both my husband and I were getting worried, not knowing how/ what we can do to help our baby to have good night’s sleep. As a first time mom, although I’ve heard of different ways to put babies to sleep, I never really understood how to go about doing it.
